At the dawn of a new century, America had not yet awakened to the fact that it had become a country of consumers…being consumed. Roe v. Wade had done more than legalize abortion. It opened the floodgates of hell and unleashed the darkest international industry in human history—the harvesting of human body parts.

Protagonist Stuart Dealier finds himself struggling to stay alive in a world controlled from the top down by Satan's minions: The Slash Brokers. Because of his unique background—not to mention rare blood type—Dealier is contacted and recruited for underground service in the U.S. securities industry which has been infiltrated by the Chinese Communists in league with organized crime elements.

The reader does not, at first, understand who Dealier is or what he is about; but as the story unfolds, characters are introduced, heightening the conflict and providing tiny pieces of the puzzle illuminating his mission.

Dealier meets the mysterious New York super-broker, Sid Ballenger. Ballenger soon joins Dealier's firm, Shockley Gripham, and introduces Dealier to the young and beautiful Anne Gray. As Dealier attempts to win her heart, sinister characters emerge who desire to have his. Dealier is swept up in a physical and mental maelstrom he fights desperately to comprehend and then defeat until his plight becomes a subject of congressional investigation.

Based, in part, on 1995 congressional hearings, an excerpt of which is featured on the first few pages, the novel is a political-suspense-thriller that takes readers from lukewarm complacency to ice-cold awareness, ending with a letter from U.S. Senator and Chairman of the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee Richard Shelby.
